nfaguild.net — the NFA Guild
Your union should never make you wonder whether you will be represented when your job is on the line.
Representation should not depend on who you know, what base you are assigned to, who holds office, or whether your case is considered convenient.
NFA Guild is being built around a different promise:
Every Flight Attendant deserves skilled, funded, accountable representation when it matters most.
Working Flight Attendants stand with you.
Qualified labor attorneys fight the arbitration.
A protected Member Defense Fund provides the resources.
Members choose the leadership.
Members vote on the contract.
Representation is not a favor.
It is the reason the Guild exists.
If you believe Flight Attendants deserve a union built to represent them first, sign the authorization card.
Remove. Replace. Be Represented.
Our bases
The Guild is building toward representation at these bases.
