Who we are

A Guild built by Flight Attendants, for Flight Attendants.

We organize the way we fly — together, across every time zone. The Guild runs on trust, service, accountability, and respect. Wherever you are based, the same secure process, the same Guild Advocates, and the same direct-member voice are with you on the ground and in the air.

Chain of custody

What happens to your card once it is sealed.

01

You seal it

Print the approved card, fill it out, sign and date it by hand in ink, then seal it in a plain envelope with a stamp.

02

The Guild receives it

Your sealed envelope arrives at the Guild’s mailbox — the single collection point the Guild publishes.

03

It is protected

Original cards and personal information are preserved and held under the Guild’s chain-of-custody procedure.

04

It is submitted

Completed cards are held for submission through the formal National Mediation Board process.

One Guild, everywhere we fly

The next step begins at your base.

Download the card, sign it by hand, seal it, and mail it to the Guild’s mailbox. That is the one action, and it takes minutes.
